3- Install QuickBooks in Safe Mode
- Startup Safe Boot choices immediately.
- Select Safe Mode and click Enter.
- Windows now start in safe mode.

- Enter the command appwiz.cpl in the text box.

- Close the Windows Firewall window by clicking OK twice.
